P-Add-ins · Word · Outlook · Excel · PowerPoint
Paulina inside the Office document – and on the workplace itself.
Two components work together: native Office sidebars and a lean workplace agent that can operate approved programs on the local PC.
The Office add-ins
A native sidebar for Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, including Word's own track changes where appropriate.
Work inside the open document without copy and paste
Use local Office with a centrally hosted Hub
Deploy by manifest or shared network catalog
Works without a Microsoft 365 tenant
First connection through P-Approvals
The workplace agent
The Hub commonly runs on a lean Linux VM without Office. The agent bridges that gap on an authorized PC: open Word, create a document, insert formatted text or prepare an Outlook draft.
Typical P-Chat request
“Create a Word proposal from this and open it.” The agent actually operates Word on the user's computer.
Installation in four steps
1Download the installation file
2Run one provided PowerShell command
3Sign in with the Paulina account
4Have an administrator approve the workplace once
Afterwards, the agent starts automatically whenever the user signs in.
Security model
No open port
The agent polls the Hub, including from a home office without a new firewall rule.
Allowlist, not a shell
Only approved commands and programs can be addressed.
Changes require approval
Actions remain gated until explicitly allowed for that workplace.
Signed building blocks
Only externally reviewed and administrator-signed automation blocks are accepted.
