No. APIs are preferred, but browser and desktop interfaces can be integrated under control when no suitable interface exists.
Does PaulinAI receive write access to every system?+
No. Access follows the least-privilege principle. Where read-only access is sufficient, write access is not configured.

Yes. Depending on the use case, Microsoft Graph, email and Office applications can be connected under control.
